The bell rang at 8:50a.m., signaling the end of summer and the start of another exciting school year at Nettelhorst. After children were settled in their classrooms, parents mixed and mingled at the 5th Annual Butterfly Breakfast in our community kitchen. And of course, our terrific alderman, Tom Tunney, came by to visit as he does each year.
